Photo Rejuvenation with Laser: Easy & Effective Skin Care Treatment
We all want to have smooth skin and clear complexion. When pimples come out, in young ages we all tend to squeeze and flatten them out. While many of us do this, it is not a good practice as this may lead to short and long-term problems such as persistent redness, large brown stains, and scarring. The best way to avoid having scars from pimples or getting rid of them is undergoing a photo rejuvenation skin care treatment. It has been seen that stains and scars are often confused or misinterpret. Stains are pale or brown flat marks whereas scars are indentations or pock marks in the skin. Scars develop from small as well as large lumpy pimples.
To avoid both scars and stains, photo rejuvenation skin care with Laser is an effective treatment. This treatment prevents the acne in the first place and also treats it early by avoiding picking or squeezing the spots. Photo rejuvenation skin care treatment mainly uses pulses of visible therapeutic light over many wavelengths. They usually deliver energy to all layers of the skin. This magical treatment mainly last about 30 minutes. However, its duration can vary depending on the skin type. The emitted light energy is absorbed by color and the associated heat helps cure the spot.
In photo rejuvenation skin care treatment, the vein or pigmented skin area is damaged by the heat and slowly peels off or disappears. This results in a clear patch of skin. Photo rejuvenation skin care treatment’s stimulation also increases collagen and elastin production. This result in the cells continuous activation, the collagen comes to the surface filling in fine lines and wrinkles.
There is a belief that photo rejuvenation skin care treatment isn’t totally safe. However, such believes are wrong as the treatment is safe and painless. Within few treatments you can experience a smooth and clear skin. If you are in Kolhapur and looking for photo rejuvenation skin care treatment, look no further as Lakshyakiran Skin and Cosmetic Laser Center is at your service.

Skin Tightening
Several non-invasive devices can tighten the skin. While these devices do not deliver the results of a surgical lifting procedure such as a facelift, they can produce mild to modest tightening by sending heat deep into the skin. The heat causes some immediate tissue tightening and signals the body to start making new collagen. As the new collagen forms, skin may appear firmer and tighter. There is virtually no downtime.
Technologies used for this non-invasive skin tightening include:
• Infrared laser
• Pulsed infrared light
• Radiofrequency
Signs of Aging Treated
Different devices are used to tighten skin on virtually every area of the body. Most people choose non-invasive skin tightening to:
• Firm forehead and cheeks
• Lift the eyebrows
• Tighten jowls and neck
• Reduce wrinkles around the eyes
• Diminish the appearance of cellulite
• Tighten skin on the abdomen, buttocks, arms, and thighs
What Happens During Skin Tightening?
If you are considering non-invasive skin tightening and want to know what would happen if you underwent this procedure, visit Skin Tightening: What to Expect Before, During, and After.
When See Results from Non-Invasive Skin Tightening
Patients may see some improvement after the first treatment session. One study reported that some patients saw a 40% to 60% improvement after the initial treatment, with continued improvement noticeable for up to 1 year after a series of treatments.
Most patients, however, will notice gradual improvement over 4 to 6 months. It also is possible that minimal or no improvement results from non-invasive skin tightening.
With recent improvements in the technologies used for non-invasive skin tightening though, more patients are seeing positive results. These improvements also allow more areas of the body to be successfully treated.
Effectiveness
Results tend to be modest, but noticeable. Skin-tightening devices cannot produce the results possible with a surgical lifting procedure such as a brow lift or facelift. However, both younger and older patients can be treated successfully without downtime. These skin-tightening devices cause the body to produce more collagen, which makes the skin thicker and firmer.

Earlobe Rejuvenation- You don't ever have to retire your favorite pair of earrings...
Just like the skin on the rest of our body, the earlobes change over time with aging and exposure to the sun. As collagen and elasticity decrease, the earlobes can become elongated and thin, with fine wrinkling on the surface. This can make it difficult to wear certain types of earrings due to lack of structural support around the post of the earring. The piercing hole may also become weak and stretched out or torn. Some scientists have even suggested you can tell the relative age of someone by the length of their earlobes.
In our cosmetic culture, earlobe rejuvenation is not uncommon and there are several options.
If your earlobes are of a generally good size and shape but your earrings are starting to droop, a good option is to use an injectable filler such as Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse or Evolence to plump them up and add support. This can be done on your lunch hour and you can continue to wear earrings immediately after the procedure.
If your earlobes are overly elongated, you can have them surgically shortened with a simple outpatient procedure. This is normally done under local anesthesia in the office with sutures left in place for about a week.
Earlobes with excessive wrinkling can be improved with either fractional or ablative skin resurfacing.

Benefits of the New Laser Procedure for Varicose Vein Treatment - Dr. Uddhav Patil
A varicose vein starts out as little more than a visual problem but it can lead, over time, to leg swelling, fatigue and pain. The reduced flow of blood to your legs causes your legs to tire quickly and often make them feel as heavy as lead weights. If left untreated the varicose vein can get serious to the point of causing leg ulcers, impaired walking, leg cramps and blood clots. Today, however, utilizing the latest laser technology, in many cases, much of that old surgical procedure can be a thing of the past.
There is really no preparation work required at all. It can be done as an outpatient procedure and generally takes less than an hour start to finish. The old surgical procedure often took 4 to 6 hours or more. Total anesthesia for the laser procedure is not required and there is only minimal pain. When everything is done there is no scarring. The incision to insert the laser is so small that there is no need for stitches. When the doctor is done with the laser there is really no recovery period at all. Vigorous physical activity is discouraged for the first day or two after laser treatment but generally you walk out of the outpatient facility and return to your normal daily activities immediately. There may be some minor itching and tenderness for a week or so afterwards but not enough to limit your activities. Sometimes you have to go back for a second or third follow up laser procedure to obtain complete resolution of the problem. Of course that will vary from individual to individual.
The technical name for this procedure is endovenous laser therapy. The laser used is very precise and delivers a very controlled dose of laser energy. The doctor will insert a very small thin laser fiber into your thigh. Even though your varicose vein shows up in your lower leg area the real cause of the problem is almost always a faulty valve in your upper leg. Once the laser is properly positioned in your upper leg he will activate the laser. The heat from the laser energy will cause the blood in that area of the vein to coagulate and close off the diseased varicose vein. This will cause the entire vein from there down into your lower leg to shrink and be absorbed back into your body. The number of veins in your legs is huge so the loss of the one varicose vein is not a problem for your circulatory system. The blood that normally would have gone through the diseased varicose vein will now go through other healthier veins.
This laser procedure has proven to be more than 96 percent effective at eliminating the problem with a varicose vein. So there is still a chance that you may have to undergo the old vein removal procedure. But your chances of solving a varicose vein problem quickly and easily with laser technology are better than ever before.
